All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier delays).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you have issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
